Situated in Brackley, Northamptonshire since 1997, Frazero Limited is within easy access of major motorways leading to both Heathrow (65miles) and Birmingham (45miles) International airports. Brackley is just 5 miles from Silverstone Circuit and lies in the centre of 'Horsepower Highway', an area acknowledged as the epicentre for advanced automotive engineering and technology. We are a small boutique engineering solutions company employing 30 people working principally – but not exclusively – with OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers within the international automotive industry. The business is divided into two principal divisions – the first being an advanced engineering, design and development studio / workshop for the production of anything from one off concept and show car parts to complete concept interiors. The other division is focused on low volume production and assembly of mainly interior components up to 3000 vehicles per annum. Customers include: Bentley Motors, Bugatti, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford Motor Co, GMC, Isuzu, Jaguar, Morgan, Spyker and Rolls Royce. CORE COMPETENCES Using Catia V4, V5 and Icemsurf our Advanced Engineering Department works with industry designers to assist in the design and development of concept and low volume production products and components. Our machining division has an array of the most sophisticated and advanced CNC, milling and turning machines available including high speed 5 axis milling. We have a rapid prototyping facility producing ABS, FDM and 3-D printed components which can be used as working parts for early design studies. Using advanced materials our highly skilled pattern making shop creates an endless stream of innovative new finishes and processes Wood veneering and finishing are carried out in house using the latest technologies, including high temperature metal die pressing and polyester lacquering. Working closely with our partner, Northern Automotive, Systems we can offer both prototype and low volume decorative aluminium pressed formed components in a myriad of colours, patterns and finishes. All types of composite, vacuum formed and cast plastic mouldings are produced internally and can be painted to a high quality finish in our full size spray booth facility. Tooling for all processes is designed and manufactured in our engineering facility and verified using the latest Wenzel CNC coordinate measuring machine. Whilst the production/assembly area produces very high quality hand built components within a modern ‘clean room’ environment. To summarise: traditional skills using the very latest technology.

Working closely with our partner and associate companies we can offer a complete production and assembly service for decorative aluminium, CNC milling and turning, real wood veneer, vacuum forming and plastic injection moulding. Low volume projects are produced in-house using our modern well equipped facility. High volume manufacturing is passed on to one of our partner companies following the completion of all design, model making, prototyping and product sign off.
